Admin Executive

Summary

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Admin
  • Minimum 3-4 years working experience
  • Proficient in English
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills


Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Report to Head of HR & Admin
  • Assist and provide administrative services for the Directors
  • To manage daily admin work including correspondence and all related matters with assigned by your superior’s
  • Organizes and maintain files of records and correspondence of both routine and confidential nature
  • Assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries
  • To make travel arrangements for the traveler(s) including flights, hotel and transportation
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements/Knowledge/Compentencies

  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • English & Bahasa Melayu Written and Verbal Skills
