Summary
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Admin
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience
- Proficient in English
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Report to Head of HR & Admin
- Assist and provide administrative services for the Directors
- To manage daily admin work including correspondence and all related matters with assigned by your superior’s
- Organizes and maintain files of records and correspondence of both routine and confidential nature
- Assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries
- To make travel arrangements for the traveler(s) including flights, hotel and transportation
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time
Requirements/Knowledge/Compentencies
- Microsoft Office Skills
- English & Bahasa Melayu Written and Verbal Skills
