This division focuses on pursuing larger scale and complex energy related projects.

This first successful project is an onshore gas sweetening plant venture in Ixachi field, Mexico. The Perdiz project, which involved EPC & O&M services, has been serving Pemex since 2021. Subsequently in 2023, we also completed the EPC and started O&M of a much larger onshore gas processing plant within the area - the Papan project. Together, these two plants serves about 10% of Mexico’s daily gas needs.

Coastal is constantly pushing boundaries and exploring to participate in various other onshore and offshore projects involving MOPUs, FSRUs, FPSOs, FSOs and so on in Indonesia, India, Vietnam and Malaysia.

This is our shipowning division that focuses on chartering and sales & purchase. We own an extensive range of newbuild to modern offshore support vessels that is capable of supporting all phases of the offshore oil & gas value chain.

The fleet includes Liftboats, AHTS, MPSVs, SSMVs, USVs, ASD tugs and so on.

SHIP FABRICATION & CONSTRUCTION

This ranges from barges, landing crafts, tugboats to more sophisticated Offshore Support Vessels such as MPSVs, AHTs and Jack Ups.

SHIP REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

We own and operate two shipyards in Sandakan, Sabah, Malaysia with a combined land area of over 97 acres and seafronts stretching over 1,050m.

We are experienced in repairing and maintaining patrol boats, tugboats, barges, ferries, etc. Our main customers of this division includes the Royal Navy, Marine Police and Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agent.

The company’s latest investment is a ground-breaking 5-6 star twin resort development located in Semporna, Sabah, Malaysia, one of the fastest-growing tourist markets in Southeast Asia.

The development consist of Lepa Lepa Overwater Villa Resort and inland based Asannang Resort, offers a unique first-to-market opportunity in the eco-luxury segment in the area.
